Heating in Kitchener-Waterloo: what matters
Kitchener and Waterloo homes are mostly heated with natural gas (Kitchener Utilities in Kitchener, Enbridge in much of the region), and Waterloo Region winters are colder and snowier than Toronto's. That makes a true cold-climate model important. Check with your installer which gas utility serves you, since the Ontario Home Renovation Savings gas tier is tied to Enbridge customers.
