Heating in Québec City: what matters
Québec City winters are colder and snowier than Montréal's, and most homes are heated with Hydro-Québec electricity (baseboards or electric furnaces). Replacing an electric furnace or baseboards with a cold-climate heat pump is exactly the case in the government's own payback example. LogisVert pays more for cold-climate-rated models.
